We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager specializing in Filling Technical Support to spearhead technical aspects and equipment responsibility.

The Position
As a Project Manager for Filling Technical Support, you will play an essential role in successfully implementing our projects, especially during high-demand periods, and will also share equipment responsibilities with the rest of the team.

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the technical aspects of filling technical support within various projects, ensuring they align with project objectives and requirements. Your responsibility will be to drive the Work-Package deliverables, while supporting the overall project goals of delivering an optimum solution in a time frame that challenges the traditional approach. 
 

You will assume the role of equipment responsible for taking charge of the specific responsibilities which will include handling deviations and implementing preventive measures, leading optimizations, and performance stabilization activities on ongoing production to ensure the stability of the organization's production equipment.
 

The main tasks will be to: 

  • Manage technical aspects and equipment responsibility associated with filling operations across various projects, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and technical needs related to filling operations and associated equipment.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for successful execution.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams, to ensure alignment of technical requirements with filling systems and associated equipment, and communicate project progress, technical challenges, and potential issues related to equipment responsibility to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate technical risks associated with filling operations and equipment, providing proactive solutions to unforeseen challenges, managing changes coming into the established baseline while evaluating the respective project impacts.
  • Lead and support technical teams in resolving filling-related technical issues, optimizing processes, ensuring adherence to project timelines, including equipment-related tasks and responsibilities, and support activities revolving around various engineering and validation gates like FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ, etc.

 

Our team works together with many stakeholders, such as Quality Assurance (QA) and other support teams, so you will gain a broad network across the organisation.

 

While supporting the overall program in reaching major milestones, you will have your own sub-projects and equipment responsibility that you will be driving to completion with your chief resources.
 

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in production engineering or similar.
  • Background with project management education.
  • GMP knowledge is considered a plus.
  • Proficient communication abilities in English are required, and knowledge of Danish is advantageous, but not obligatory.

 

Additionally, we expect you to have:

  • Proven experience in project management within a technical environment, ideally within filling operations.
  • Experience with driving design processes, documentation for qualification and implementation of improvement on equipment.
  • A flair for leadership and the ability to create results in a global stakeholder landscape.
  • A quality mindset and a drive to create the “right” solutions while challenging the status quo supported with data.
  • Experience with aseptic process production design and GMP is considered a big advantage, but not a must. 
  • Strong understanding of filling equipment, processes, and technical requirements.

About the department
You will be joining our highly motivated department, consisting of committed craftsmen and professionals. Our primary task is to produce cartridges for diabetic patients. We work in a clean room environment, following strict procedures to ensure product quality and safety and safeguarding our license to operate.
