The role

 

In our department, we constantly work on optimizing equipment and methods, using cLEAN® as our primary tool, which means that you will be a part of maintaining and optimizing processes related to filling our medicine into our pens, thereby you will have a direct impact on compliance and production.

 

Your main focus will be to:

  • Optimize processes and methods in our lines, using cLEAN® as our primary tool.
  • Train operators and in the optimized processes.
  • Maintain validated state on production lines.
  • Support operators in making the right decisions, based on knowledge of processes and procedures.
     

You will work closely with the operational teams, and a wide range of other stakeholders, all with the common goal to ensure validated and optimized processes.

Qualifications

 

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in natural sciences, engineering or similar.
  • Preferably has few years’ experience in a similar field.
  • Has experience with, or a strong interest in, GMP and aseptic production.
  • Has professional proficiency in Danish and English. 

 

On a personal level, you can quickly grasp new tasks and challenges. You have a drive to gather a deep knowledge on relevant topics regarding validation and operation of an isolator filling line and you approach problem-solving with a systematic, analytical and efficient attitude. Your curiosity and interpersonal skills makes you skilled in communicating at all levels, as you will collaborate with operators, managers, and specialists.

 

About the department

 

You will become a part of the Validation Support team. We are located in Hillerød and our department is responsible for providing support to our isolator filling lines. We are equipped with state-of-the-art technology for filling aseptic products for patients worldwide.

We collaborate broadly across all disciplines, cultures, and departments, from operators and craftsmen who operate the line, to professionals, specialist’s and experts in troubleshooting and daily operation.
