The position

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional for the position of Associate Manager Supply Chain Planning. As the leader for the team, you will be responsible for managing and developing team members, processes and systems.

 

Your main tasks will also include:

  • Setting the direction for the team
  • Leadership and future development of the Supply Chain Planning team
  • Ensuring the supply of goods through effective planning of supply and demand, in close coordination with other global supply chain departments
  • Initiation and management of projects in close cooperation with various functional areas.

You will have the responsibility of the continuous improvement of processes and systems in the area and for supply chain data, its use for analyses, dashboards, and decision templates for management.

 

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you:

  • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree related to Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering etc.
  • Have solid people management experience
  • Possess experience in supply chain/project management and change management
  • Fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

About the department

The Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Hillerod (HI) Supply Chain team focuses on production planning of assembly and pack using digital tools and in close collaboration with the entire global organisation.
