The Position

As Data analyst, your main priority is to support your team with analysing data, systematic problem solving and expansion of our data platform which today is an Alteryx and Tableau solution.


You will be:

  • helping the team in defining key performance indicators of our processes linking them to our digital performance boards and aiding our lean leadership journey through continuous feedback, coaching and participation at the board meetings.
  • identifying and driving improvement projects aiming at standardising, optimising, and simplifying processes within shopfloor and support functions.
  • driving activities, coaching, and facilitating and you further encourage your colleagues in developing and maintaining lean leadership behaviour and excellent problem-solving skills.

 

You can anticipate an independent job where you actively contribute to lasting and measurable process improvements in Pre-assembly support. An Important part of the job is to become a good translator between the data we can pull out of our systems and linking it to the events that are occurring on our shopfloor.

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will meet the following criterias:

  • A relevant academic engineer degree combined with a technical or craftsman background and/or a strong interest for working in a dynamic and fast-paced production environment.
  • Obtain a six sigma Green or Black Belt or a 2 or 3 stars lean education combined with solid experience with lean leadership, LEAN tools, practical experience as workshop facilitator and good change management and project management skills are an advantage. 
  • As a person, you are known for your positive, energetic and open-minded attitude when dealing with challenges and for your drive to find solutions and get things done.
  • You find it easy to communicate and collaborate with colleagues with all kinds of professional background and you are used to explaining complex subjects in an easy understandable way.

Additionally, you have strong analytical skills, a flair for using diverse IT systems to retrieve data and a structured approach to the problem-solving process.

 

About the Department
You will join Pre-assembly Production in Hillerød, Denmark. We are approximately 200 colleagues, working in 10 teams, and we produce the mechanical Motor Module in Novo Nordisk’s newest prefilled devices FlexTouch® and FlexPro®. We deliver large quantities to our sister factories in Diabetes Finished Products and Biopharmaceuticals. The department also function as centre of excellence that handles improvements, upgrades and expansion of production capacity with a global production perspective. You will work closely with 10 experienced and dedicated colleagues in Pre-Assembly Quality, Training and Improvement team, whom the main purpose is to safeguard patient safety and improve product quality by ensuring a high-quality root cause investigation and the right corrective actions.
