Key responsibilities 重要职责

  • 负责完成诺和诺德公司所有产品在所管辖区域的销售目标,做好与销售有关的活动
  • 建立一支有凝聚力,有竞争力的大区销售队伍
  • 推动跨部门的合作,以加速药物可及性,建立赢的文化,实现NNRC WIN+的目标。
  • 了解年度预算,避免超支; 费用控制在预算范围之内;遵守财务报销规定。遵循公司有关库存和销量相关规定 / 顺利通过4项审计(GIA,Facilitation,QA & SE),达到公司KPI要求
