The Position

As the demand for our new obesity treatment is exceeding all expectations, we are ramping up on production capacity. Therefore, we are investing in new production lines to support the demand. Currently we are in a project phase, with many exciting tasks in setting up the operations on the line, ensuring compliance and exceptional productivity.

 

You will be ramping up a technical support team consisting of equipment responsible, engineers and technicians, supporting the ramp up and readiness for production.

 

When the project is completed and the lines are taken into operation, the daily tasks will primarily be to:

  • Manage and set direction for the team according to Novo Nordisk Way and current GMP regulations.
  • Secure systems to secure daily support to the production, investigation incidents and stable flow.
  • Optimize workflows and processes, including updating of procedure and work instructions.
  • Define and secure right level of competences in the team.

 

Furthermore, you will also participate in project groups for smaller projects. You will be also involved in preparation and presentation for audits and inspections including subsequent follow-up activities.

 

Qualifications

To succeed in the role, you:

  • Hold an academic degree within Engineering, Automation or similar.
  • Have around 2 years of people management experience from regulated industry.
  • Communicate fluently in English.

 

As a person, you have good communication and collaboration skills as well as analytical skills to understand complex processes/equipment/problems. You

prefer to work on the shop floor and follow up on processes and standards.

About the Department

The Aseptic Filling department is responsible for filling several of our products on a completely modern isolator filling line, located in a grade C area. Currently, the production line is not yet operational, and all teams are working towards the commissioning and operation of the equipment, as well as other daily tasks. The department consists of approximately 75 employees.
