The position
As a Senior Controller, you will lead financial planning and analysis at Novo Nordisk in Japan. You will assist with the management in making sound decisions by providing data and insights. Additionally, as a member of the regional FP&A team, you will act as a liaison between Region Japan and International Operations located in Zurich.
Other role responsibilities are as follows:

  • Budget planning of Anchor Budget (AB) and Rolling Estimates (RE)
  • Finance partnering for divisions by assisting with the budget planning, tracking, and decision making.
  • Prepare analysis, commentary and presentation material for financial reviews and reports. 
  • Lead projects in Finance or participate as key member in cross-divisional projects.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in business planning/controlling and management reporting.
  • Experience with data and related data analytics are preferred.
  • Fluent in both Japanese and English proficiency, verbal and written are required.
