The Position

As an HR Business Partner, you will be supporting managers in identifying recruitment needs and facilitating the recruitment and orientation process. Moreover, you will be collaborating with functional and operational area managers to develop and implement local human resource strategies aligned with the organization's overall strategy.

 

Your main accountabilities will be:

• Develop and implement human resource management strategies and policies to meet business needs

• Plan, administer, and review activities related to recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, diversity, talent management, and organization development

• Implement the organization's human resource strategy to attract, manage, develop, and retain employees

• Lead and manage HR Partner roles and oversee all HR processes, including responsibilities outside of HR, such as communication & sustainability

• Participate in organizational change projects and drive the implementation of human resource

 

Qualifications

As an HR Business Partner, you need to have a general experience in different HR functions as recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, total rewards and communication. In addition, you need to have the ability to develop and implement HR strategies and projects based on business needs.

 

To be successful in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human resources or any relevant field

• 5+ years of experience in HR within a multinational organization

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and systems

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

• Fluency in English is required
