Senior Product Manager

The Position
1)Brand development to achieve business objectives:
• Participate in developing the strategic plan and marketing strategy.
• Monitor the local competitive environment to identify business threats/opportunities and provide inputs to the development of business plan/strategy.
• Regularly track performance, analyze and identify the key drivers, barriers, challenges and opportunities to help brand achieve business goals.
• Develop marketing messages and materials for different stakeholder groups.
• Monitor and implement marketing activities to drive sales growth and achieve target.
• Be responsible for projects to increase brand awareness and SOV in the market.
Independently manage project budgets to help improving business effectiveness. 50%
2)Develop and execute key marketing activity & materials to achieve brand goal & target:
• Develop promotion materials to support marketing strategies
• Owner of the promotional materials
• Independently design and execute marketing activities based on strategy
• Develop NN meeting strategy (on-line & offline) and execu-tion plan across all channels
• KOL development & management
• Independently manage budgets of responsible marketing projects
• Provide ad-hoc support to sales organization in fulfilling brand objectives. 30%
3)Assist with other projects, as needed
• Work with market development team, as needed 20%
• Work closely with local and global stakeholders to ensure optimization of market access and business focus.
• Ability to communicate with other departments on task responsible to facilitate and drive the project development and implementation.
The requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree, medical background preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry or related company, preferably with experience in both public & private hospitals
- Experiences covered multi-department experiences like nutrition, GI, etc
- Fluency in both written & spoken English.
- Strong analytical ability
- Ability to communicate and set direction, led cross-functions for projects
- Flexibility and agility in changing environment
- Strong drive and perseverance, even in challenging situations
- Innovation capability
