The Position

As a Business Analyst II, primarily plays the role of managing CS Systems in the below mentioned activities, utilizing technical knowledge in application development and support system releases with coordination from Vendor and LoB (Line of business). The scope of the system management activities is but not limited to:

  • Incident/Service Request Management, Change and Release Management.
  • Vendor/Supplier management, Stakeholder management and Excellent Business and System Understanding.
  • Compliance and Quality management.
  • Participating in System Advisory Board Meetings. Contract Management and User Administration.
  • Ensuring System Compliance and Manage System Website.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science (or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience with IT.
  • 3+ years of relevant experiences in ITIL practices.
  • High level knowledge of system management, compliance, validation, and documentation.
  • Good experience in Stakeholder Management.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience with GxP system knowledge would be added advantage.
  • Expert level of knowledge on MS-Office & ticket handling tool - Service Now.
  • Understanding of drug safety and/or clinical drug development.
  • Excellent communication skills written and orally in English.

In DD&IT (Digital Data & IT) Development Safety & Clinical Supplies GBS, a portfolio of GxP, Financial & Business Critical applications are being managed and supported. These applications are among the most critical IT systems in Novo Nordisk supporting essential processes and being used 24x7 by thousands of users worldwide. Safety & Clinical supplies works closely with Line of Business, System Managers, Quality Check (QC)/Quality Assurance (QA) and subject matter experts across the Novo Nordisk IT organization at Denmark and India.
