About the department

Global Finance GBS Bangalore was established in 2007, is currently responsible for supporting Accounting, Finance & Procurement, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for Headquarters, region Europe, North America, International Operations (IO) & GBS Bangalore. The main purpose of our existence is to provide superior service to our stakeholders consistently and add value to the processes in terms of standardization and efficiency.

 

Job Description

As an Analyst in Graphic Design, your primary focus will be on creating, formatting, designing, and visually enhancing business presentations in alignment with our brand guidelines. Additionally, you will be involved in below mentioned responsibilities :

 

  • You will play a crucial role in establishing the visual identity for internal projects and designing various materials, including emailers, newsletters, infographics, and collaterals.
  • You should possess a strong knowledge and technical expertise in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Charts, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other similar design tools.
  • Your responsibilities also include managing correspondence and materials on behalf of stakeholders while independently executing tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
  • Ensuring seamless support and delivering high-quality creatives within specified timeframes is a key aspect of your role.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary. Furthermore, should commit to continuous learning and a proactive approach to staying updated with the latest best practices and innovations in graphic design

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Designing
  • Around 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the design industry
  • Proficient in creating executive-style corporate presentations and internal communication materials
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • In-depth knowledge of design concepts and creative work, with a strong sense of visualization and color, is necessary
  • A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, layout, color theory, and typography
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Drawing and sketching skills would be a plus
