About the department

Digital, Data & IT India is a team of 900+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. The main role of DD&IT India is to 'manage' IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management and Vendor Management. Commercial IT department is an integral part of the Global IT Organization within GBS India and is responsible for delivering projects and managing systems for Sales, Marketing, Medical & Market Access teams. In Global IT, we drive projects, manage critical IT systems, services and infrastructure used along the entire value chain of Novo Nordisk.

 

The Position

As Advance Business Analyst, you will be anchoring the below responsibilities,

  • You will be working on Salesforce Service or Health cloud as well as VOIP/Telephony.
  • Understand the business requirements from the stakeholders and converting the real-world business problems into technical solutions and limitations.
  • Perform as a functional bridge amongst external vendors as well as internal stakeholders and coordinate tasks inclusive of working with external vendors and internal employees.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the process and make recommendations for improvements to system manager and team where needed.
  • Responsible for the delivery of system and support services and ensuring compliance with user management with handling audits and inspections.

 

Qualifications

  • MSC, MBA, BA, or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Software Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration).
  • Should have overall 6+years of experience in Salesforce Service or Health cloud.  
  • Experience in VOIP, preferably Genesys PureCloud.
  • Good knowledge on Medical & Market Access value chain.
  • Very good communication skills and working with Business/Stake holders on day-to-day basis.
