The position

As the Training Project Manager, you collaborate closely with colleagues across various teams, who have different roles in the organization and contribute to the area by securing an optimal training setup. Your role also involves defining our approach to training, to continually develop our business in GCM and ensure compliance.

Your key tasks include:

  • Identifying and implementing optimization and standardization opportunities in our training processes, tools, and programmes
  • Partnering with our training partners and supporting them in driving projects across the organization
  • Planning proactively and driving the projects, making recommendations as well as facilitating meetings with project members and stakeholders
  • Collaborating closely with line of business, management, and your team members

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we imagine you:

  • Hold an academic degree in business, project management, or another relevant field
  • Demonstrate expertise in project management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Possess strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills acquired within a complex setting
  • Showcase proficiency in both spoken and written English

It would be considered as an advantage if you possess a good understanding of LEAN principles and the ability to apply LEAN concepts.

As a person, you are a team-player who inspires and motivates those around you, naturally excelling in fostering new relationships across teams and departments. You are structured and able to keep an overview of several projects at the same time, thriving in prioritising and driving projects from scratch. You have strong collaboration and communication skills, flourishing in an environment where diverse stakeholders are involved.

 

About the department

QMS and Training is a newly established team in the GCM Strategy and Business Development (S&BD) department - a diverse department of 25 people. In S&BD we are responsible for driving cross functional strategic priorities and support across GCM within Strategy deployment, finance, LEAN, Analytics and Digitialisation, Training and Quality, and Portfolio Management.

GCM manages outsourced production from project to operations stage and you will join a team of fun and dedicated colleagues who come together to set direction and support GCM through its rapid journey of growth.

You will join a newly established QMS and Training team in GCM and be part of the Novo Nordisk training network. We are office based with shopfloors at CMOs on global scale. Collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally is crucial for us to succeed. We want to unleash the full potential of sustainable external manufacturing to reach more patients faster through flexible production and strong relations.
