As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing project plans, ensuring scope, workstreams, timeline, milestones, and resource allocation are well-defined and managed.   • Develop a comprehensive understanding of supply chain intricacies and their impact on project management

While working in the Global Data Office you should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, with a complex stakeholder landscape and changes happening quickly, so we expect you to persevere and maintain a positive mindset when faced with obstacles and setbacks.

 

What we scout for

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a highly regulated industry
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Proven experience in deploying/delivering complex projects and deep comprehension of their impacts in business operations
  • Understanding of supply chain or production processes and their impact on project management would be beneficial, but not a must

You will be part of the Global Data Office, the unit in Digital, Data & IT driving the enterprise wide data agenda across Novo Nordisk. The focus of GDO is to detail and execute Novo Nordisk’s Global Data Strategy to unlock the full potential of data to enable the digital transformation.
