About the role
To excel as a Senior DD&IT Business Consultant you are curious, open-minded, and easily adaptable to changing contexts. You are motivated by being responsible for project execution and implementation, and you have experience driving project deliverables independently and collaborating within a project team. The role and work are based on the need of the business, and tasks and responsibility can therefore vary.

In any role, you will be given plenty of responsibility in some of the largest digital, data or IT initiatives in Novo Nordisk. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced and talented colleagues while working across the entire value chain. You are also expected to provide guidance and support to less experienced team members in the department.

 

We have a high focus on career development, hence former DD&IT Business Consultants have moved to positions like Senior Project Manager, Executive Assistant, Manager, Strategy Consultant etc.

 

The role is ideal for candidates who:

  • Possess a Master’s degree in IT, Business, Strategy, Communications, or another relevant field.
  • Have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in similar roles, such as consulting, project management, or change management.
  • Are capable of leading project teams and tasks within their assigned responsibilities with limited need for guidance.
  • Excel as strong communicators, adept at navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Have experience with Novo Nordisk Agile Delivery Model and/or other project management frameworks.
  • Possess experience and general knowledge of GxP and IT validation, which is an advantage.

DD&IT Business Consulting is an in-house consulting unit that supplies diverse profiles to Digital, Data & IT across the organization. The team consists of 18 highly engaged internal IT business consultants with 0-8 years of experience within agile ways of working, project management, Change Management, and management consulting. While working on projects in different business areas, we pride ourselves in sharing knowledge, act as sparring partners, and remain accountable for keeping up a good team spirit.
