We are looking for a skilled IT Service Manager to join our team and make a difference in our Open Team. We’re now looking for someone special to join our IT department in our production site, Injectable Finished Products (IFP) in Bagsværd. Maybe this is the right place for you!

 

About the role
We seek an Incident Manager to join our IPF Bagsværd team, acting as a crucial liaison between Digital, Data & IT and our production unit. This role is multifaceted, focusing on Incident Management and Training Coordination. As an Incident Manager, you will spearhead the creation of incident management processes, utilizing ServiceNow and ITIL processes to ensure efficient service delivery. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in developing our training setup, identifying training needs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. To give you a better idea, here are some tasks you will perform as an IT Incident Manager and Training Coordinator:

  • Analyse current incident management practices and find areas for improvement 
  • Design and implement efficient incident and major incident management processes 
  • Define roles and responsibilities for incident management team members and stakeholders
  • Develop and conduct training for team members and managers 
  • Identifying training needs and developing training programs 
  • Supporting management implementing training development initiatives
  • And last but not least, and most important is that you have a passion for the field, you are willing to expand your knowledge, and that you enjoy the responsibilities that come along with such a role

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, or Business Administration (beneficial but not required)
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, Incident Management, GxP, and general IT understanding
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to keep an overview of the entire training of the department
  • Excellent coordination and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a willingness to share knowledge and collaborate effectively
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills in English

 

The Team waiting for you
The IT Service Manager will join our team at IPF Bagsværd, where we serve as the crucial liaison between the IT organization, Digital, Data & IT, and the production unit at IFP site Bagsværd. Our primary focus involves supporting the daily operations within the production unit. Our team consists of 20 dedicated individuals, and we work collaboratively within a larger team of 40 people to ensure seamless operations and effective communication between IT and production.
