The Position

As a Health and Safety Professional, you will working very close to operations in our site in Bagsværd, providing active support to the organization, championing good practices, and 
acting as a point of contact on Health and Safety matters. The position will give you plenty of opportunities to broaden and develop your skillset in Health and Safety. You will further collaborate with other colleagues, to ensure continuous improvement of our site’s maturity in Health and Safety.
 
Tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain and develop existing HS concepts.
  • Maintain and develop HS training material.
  • Ensure compliance with Danish Health and Safety legislation and regulations (e.g. ISO45001).
  • Ensure support and guidance on Health and Safety matters within production.
  • Support and lead Health and Safety processes and concepts, such as incident registration, safety walks, work place assessments, handling of non-conformities, ergonomic improvements, etc.


Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you should:

  • Hold an academic degree within Health and Safety or other relevant field, ideally combined with continued supplementary training or some practical experience in the field.
  • Field or shop-floor experience in working with Health and Safety is an advantage, including knowledge of legislation/standards. 
  • Full professional proficiency in Danish, and good command of English.

 

As a person, you show a great degree of responsibility, structure and independence, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. You are curious and eager to learn. Being flexible is also important, as you will be exposed to a dynamic and changing environment, with many stakeholders to coordinate with. 


About the department

Site Bagsværd is part of the production network for Injectable Finished Products at Novo Nordisk. The local EHS organization is part of Business Support – an area also responsible for projects, logistics, finance, lean, digitalization, training, and release.
