CMR Trainee

This is a fixed-term position (6 months), based in Istanbul, Türkiye, and reports to CMR Senior Director.

The position

As CMR Trainee, you will act as a motivated and highly engaged member of the CMR Team. You will be responsible for driving a wide range of tasks for the CMR function in the Business Area including support to the CMR team in:

• Execution of key CMR projects
• Archiving the related CMR related documents in collaboration with project owners
• Supporting CMR related  financial processes and tracking department related invoices
• Preparation of meeting agendas, taking meeting minutes and following up on necessary actions
• Coordination of  departmental strategic communications & internal training initiatives

You will be working at least 3 days per week with flexibility to accommodate studies and exams.

Qualifications

You are a university student on the 3rd or 4th year in Life Sciences (Medicine, Biology, Pharmacy etc) or newly graduated from a distinguished university. You should have excellent command over both written and spoken English. Further, we value:

About the Department

BAMEAC (Business Area Middle East, Africa and CIS) a part of Region SEEMEA (Southeast Europe, Middle East & Africa); is a vast region that includes 73 countries with 1000 employees. The business area office is in Istanbul.
